Our Refund & Return Policy

Therefore, we have formed a friendly policy for our customers. Please read the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.

What is our cancellation policy?

For the cancellation of any product, please do it within 48 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, email us at support@blizzbazaar.com.

Please note that payment gateway charges will be deducted from the total refund amount on eligible cancellation cases.

Returns & Refunds

At BLIZZ BAZAAR, refunds and returns are only accepted under specific circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects: If there's an issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition with all tags intact.

If your return request is approved, the customer must send the item back to us at their own expense. Once received and inspected, we will provide a replacement or store credit. Thank you for your understanding!

Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at support@blizzbazaar.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Ship Your Return: Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address. You must ship the item back at your expense.
  3. Receive Store Credit: After we inspect the returned item, you will receive a store credit to your registered account or email.

Important Notes

  • We do not cover return shipping costs.
  • Any product returned in a damaged, used condition, or wrong item will not be eligible for store credit.
  • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

How Exchanges Work:

  1. The exchange will be processed only when you place a new order on our website
  2. The store credit from your return can be used for this new purchase

Exchange Conditions:

  • Item must be unused with original tags and packaging
  • Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Customer covers return shipping costs
  • Once the product is received at the warehouse and verified , payment will be credited to the source in 3-5 working days
